The poor puppy was emaciated and suffering from a debilitating tumor that drained all his vitality.
One day, Santa Barbara brought this little dog to our attention. He had a massive tumor on his back and was in a state of severe neglect, infested with ticks and more.
The tumor had sapped all his energy, leaving his body frail and exhausted, both physically and mentally. Despite his condition, his face remained full of hope.
Now, he is in our care. We gave him medication to eliminate the ticks, but his condition is too fragile for surgery at the moment.
