Ronaldo was spotted lying on a sofa and lifted his hand to signal that he was being filmed as Georgina captured footage of the family’s open plan living/dining room.
In the quarterfinals of Euro 2024, Portugal lost to France on penalties. Ronaldo, who had a penalty saved by Jan Oblak of Slovenia in the round of 16, failed to score in an international competition for the first time in his career when the score remained 0-0 after 120 minutes. In the penalty shootout, he scored, but Joao Felix missed, and France went on to win all five goals, eliminating Portugal. Ronaldo had previously stated that Euro 2028 will be his final European Championship because he would be 43 years old then.
